Your booking is confirmed by payment of £50 deposit.

Once the procedure is done, the deposit amount of £50 is automatically deducted from the £299 fee. This leaves the remainder of £249 to be paid.

All payments are due on completion of the procedure(s).

We accept payment by card reader or Tap to Pay at the end of the appointment. Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, VPay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are all accepted forms of payment.

Payment

If there is a payment issue at the end of the appointment, we will issue an invoice to you by email.

This invoice will have a QR code for online electronic payment and bank details to accept direct bank transfer. All invoices are due within 14 days of issue.

Failure to pay within the time will lead to 2% per month interest being levied and debt recovery procedures being started.

Cancellations and non-attendance

You can cancel directly from the link we include in your booking email, by emailing us, or by phoning us.

If you cancel with 2 or more days notice, then your booking deposit will be refunded. Refunds take up to 10 working days to come through.

If the Clinic needs to cancel your appointment, we will contact you to offer another appointment time. If this is not suitable, we will refund the booking deposit in full. Refunds take up to 10 working days to come through.
